Over the  years,  we  have  maintained  a  close   relationship   with   farmers,  producers  and  ranchers  from  different  towns and places.

We have grown up among olive groves  and  oak  groves,  surrounded  by  olives  and  acorns.  We  have  breathed  the  air  of the pastures, the meadows and the  mountains.

Thanks  to  each  and  every  one  of  the  women  and  men  who  have  dedicated  their  lives  to  caring  for  the  product  from the beginning, and who with their  effort  and  expertise  have  taught  us  to  value, appreciate and respect the world  around us, EMILIO SANCHEZ is born . A  set  of  gourmet  products  selected  and  chosen at their origin, which represent  our   way   of   being,   our   way   of  understanding life, nature and food.
